Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd (LCCS) was set up in 2002 as a company limited by guarantee by the Lutheran Church In Singapore and its member congregations. It was registered under the Charities Act in 2003. It was accepted as a full member of National Council of Social Service in 2003 and was granted IPC status in 2006. LCCS has since 2002 been providing counselling services and customised programmes for children and youth in schools and their families.
