Each congregation of the LCS ministers through worship and music, and conducts a variety of ministries to meet the needs of various groups.

Social Concern & Evangelism

At present the LCS has seven congregations. The Church is committed to reaching out to all the people of Singapore with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Missions

Besides its congregational ministries, the LCS reaches our in numerous mission activities, both within and beyond the borders of Singapore. The International Lutheran Seafarers' Mission responds to the spiritual and social needs of seafarers visiting Singapore from all over the world. The Lutheran Mission to the Thais in Singapore (LMTS) brings Christ's Gospel to Thai workers and residents through fellowship, proclamation and care for people living in a foreign land. The Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd serve the community by helping people care for one another, in particular through programmes to nurture and strengthen the family unit including the care and ministering of the young and elderly.

Theological Education

The LCS supports theological education through the Singapore Bible College and Trinity Theological College. We are represented on their governing boards and contributes to their teaching staffs.

National Council of Churches, Singapore

The LCS is also part of the National Council of Churches, Singapore and are involved in some of its activities, such as, the National Day Thanksgiving Service and the Leadership Seminar.
